From service provider to solution provider: how uNaice built its own software family

For a long time, uNaice was primarily a service provider for automated content creation. But working with customer data revealed the same problem again and again: automation is only as good as the data it is built on. So we started developing our own software. Step by step, a data preparation tool grew into a whole product family.

No reliable automation without structured data

Product information is spread across tables, databases and files. Labels are inconsistent and important details are missing. With 10,000 or 100,000 records, manual fixes no longer work. That is how the DataNaicer came about.

    The News Stream

Alongside classic data-to-text, we developed a second method: the News Stream. It monitors defined sources and creates new posts based on customer guidelines and background information. Technically it is a DataNaicer module, in practice an independent product.

    From content to sales

The Lead Stream uses data to identify which companies are potential customers and when the right moment to approach them has come – matching public signals against a defined ideal customer profile.

    The new role of uNaice

We still support our customers personally, including implementing and running the text generation software axite. But many problems we used to solve individually are now built into our own software. uNaice is evolving from a pure service provider into a solution provider.
